Skyjacker Softride leaf springs are engineered to provide a significant improvement in ride quality without compromising load capacity or durability. Unlike standard springs, these progressive multileaf packs use American steel that undergoes a high-velocity shot-peening process. This technique compresses the steel surface, increasing tensile strength and allowing for maximum wheel travel and extended service life. To eliminate internal friction and binding, Skyjacker utilizes bolt-style spring clips rather than traditional bend-style clips.

The individual leaves feature a tapered design across their entire length, ensuring load is distributed evenly and flex is maximized at the leaf ends. This prevents individual leaves from digging into those above them, resulting in a smoother suspension cycle and consistent performance under load.
