At the core of this kit are the Cognito SM Series Upper Control Arms. These boxed sheet metal arms are CAD-designed to correct ball joint angles and provide additional droop travel, which is essential for maintaining a smooth ride on leveled trucks. The arms come equipped with pre-installed maintenance-free ball joints and polyurethane bushings for a quiet, durable service life. To achieve the 3-inch front lift, the kit utilizes forged torsion bar adjuster keys that offer increased height without compromising strength. The rear is supported by a 1-inch cast steel block and heavy-duty U-bolt kit to level the stance while keeping your towing capabilities intact.

Damping is handled by Fox 2.0 Performance Series IFP shocks. The Internal Floating Piston (IFP) design prevents oil aeration, ensuring consistent, fade-free performance whether you are on the highway or navigating rough job sites. This kit allows for up to 35x12.5-inch tires on 9-inch wide wheels with 5-inch backspacing.
