Skyjacker's suspension system provides the necessary clearance to run 33-inch tires while maintaining proper front-end alignment and a factory-quality ride. This system is centered around 2-Stage Dual Rate Softride coil springs, specifically engineered to handle the weight and performance demands of diesel-equipped Super Duty trucks. These springs are manufactured from high-grade 5160H chromium alloy and undergo an advanced shot-peening process to increase fatigue life. By presetting the springs to solid height, Skyjacker eliminates common sagging and ensures consistent ride height for the life of the vehicle.

Damping is managed by M95 Monotube nitrogen-gas charged shocks. The single-tube construction allows for superior heat dissipation, preventing the performance fade or lag associated with traditional twin-tube shocks. To maintain correct suspension geometry and axle centering, the kit includes an ultra heavy-duty track bar relocation bracket that captures the front crossmember on both sides, along with sway bar lowering brackets and brake line extension brackets to ensure proper slack during articulation.
