The ICON Vehicle Dynamics Stage 5 Suspension System (K53175T) is a comprehensive performance upgrade engineered to maximize the off-road capability and on-road handling of the Lexus GX470. This system features vehicle-specific tuned 2.5-inch extended travel coilovers equipped with remote reservoirs for superior heat dissipation during aggressive use. The front coilovers are height adjustable from 0-3.5 inches, providing clearance for larger wheel and tire combinations. This kit specifically includes a rear coil spring conversion to eliminate the factory air bag system, replacing it with ICON 2-inch lift rear coil springs and 2.5 Aluminum Series remote reservoir shocks.
To correct suspension geometry and accommodate increased wheel travel, this system includes ICON tubular steel upper control arms featuring the patented Delta Joint. The Delta Joint provides the durability of a sealed ball joint with the high-angle performance of a uniball. For the rear, adjustable tubular lower links are included to optimize pinion angle and improve roll steer geometry. All components are CNC-machined from 6061 aircraft-grade aluminum or high-strength tubular steel with a corrosion-resistant CAD-plated finish.
