The Skyjacker Softride system is engineered to provide a 2 to 2.5-inch lift while maintaining superior ride quality and durability. Unlike standard leaf springs, these Softride springs are constructed from high-tensile American steel and utilize a progressive multileaf pack design to ensure the load capacity meets or exceeds OE specifications without the harshness often associated with lift kits.

Each leaf is shot-peened with high-velocity steel pellets to compress the metal surface, significantly increasing tensile strength and extending the service life of the spring. The leaves are also tapered over their entire length to distribute loads evenly and prevent binding. To further reduce friction, Skyjacker utilizes bolt-style spring clips rather than traditional cinch clips, allowing for maximum wheel travel and smoother suspension articulation.
