Fits Vauxhall and Opel 2.0L 16V engines (2.0L).
The ARP 209-5401 Main Stud Kit provides the superior clamping force and precise alignment required for high-performance Vauxhall and Opel engine builds. While standard OE main bolts are prone to stretching and can allow main cap walk under high RPM or forced induction, these ARP studs ensure the bottom end remains stable. This kit protects the crankshaft and bearings by maintaining consistent torque loads and preventing cap movement or block distortion.
- Manufactured from premium 8740 chromoly steel for maximum durability
- Heat-treated to a 200,000 psi tensile strength rating
- J-form threads rolled after heat treatment for increased fatigue resistance
- Ensures repeatable and accurate main cap alignment during assembly
- Complete kit includes heavy-duty studs, parallel-ground washers, and 12-point nuts
