The Borla ProXS series is engineered for high-performance exhaust applications where space is at a premium. Featuring a 2.5-inch inlet and outlet in a center/offset oval configuration, this muffler utilizes a reversible design to provide maximum installation flexibility for custom fabrications and tight chassis clearances.
Constructed from premium T-304 austenitic stainless steel, the 40659 is built to resist corrosion and withstand high heat cycles. The 100% welded case ensures structural integrity, while the internal free-flow design minimizes backpressure for improved engine efficiency. To manage sound profile without restricting flow, Borla utilizes high-temperature continuous-filament fiber (CFF) acoustic material.
