These power-actuated steps feature a dual-motor design on each side, ensuring reliable deployment in extreme weather conditions including snow and ice. When a door is opened, magnetic sensors trigger the 6-inch wide aluminum boards to drop into position; when closed, they retract flush against the rocker panels to maintain ground clearance and protect the body from road debris.

Constructed from lightweight, corrosion-resistant aluminum alloy, these boards are finished in a durable textured black powder coat with molded nylon end caps to seal out moisture. Unlike other systems that occupy the OBD-II port, the VoltStep uses independent magnetic door switches, keeping your diagnostic port free for other electronics.
