While the factory air-oil separator (AOS) attempts to filter vapors, significant oil and fuel contaminants still reach the intake valves, leading to carbon buildup in direct-injection systems. This kit installs in line with the PCV system, providing a secondary defense to keep your intake tract clean.

The heart of the kit is a patent-pending, two-port compact baffled catch can CNC-machined from 6061 aluminum. It utilizes a 50-micron bronze filter and internal baffling to condense and trap vapors before they can be recirculated. Unlike many AOS systems that drain contaminants back into the oil pan, this kit captures them permanently. To ensure reliability under boost, Mishimoto includes two one-way performance check valves and direct-fit hoses for a secure, leak-free installation.
