This Radium Engineering Dual Catch Can Kit is engineered to maintain engine health and performance by isolating oil vapor and combustion byproducts before they can enter the intake manifold. By plumbing both the PCV and crankcase ventilation lines through dedicated cans, this system prevents carbon buildup on the intake valves and reduces the risk of octane-lowering oil mist entering the combustion chamber.
The Fluid Lock version (MPN 20-0019-FL) features Radium's integrated safety mechanism designed to prevent collected fluids from being drawn back into the engine during high-G cornering or in the event the reservoirs reach capacity. This is a critical upgrade for track-driven Lotus vehicles where lateral forces can cause fluid slosh in standard reservoirs.
