The CSF 8371 Universal Large Single-Pass Oil Cooler is engineered for maximum thermal efficiency and rugged durability in high-debris environments. Unlike standard brazed plate-type or stacked designs, CSF utilizes a heavy-duty bar and plate core that withstands significant vibration and external impact, making it ideal for mounting in exposed areas such as front fascias, side vents, or as a differential cooler.

This unit features CSF’s proprietary "Aero-Flow" bar design, which provides a lightweight profile without sacrificing structural integrity or flow rates. The core is finished in satin black for superior corrosion resistance and is pressure tested at 120 psi to ensure reliability under extreme operating conditions. Each tank includes a 1/8 NPT port for easy integration of temperature sensors or air bleed valves.
