Boundary Billet Oil Pump Gears are a critical reliability upgrade for the Ford 6.2L Raptor V8. The factory-installed sintered metal gears are known to be a weak point in the Modular Motor platform, especially when subjected to high RPMs or increased performance demands. These Boundary gears replace the stock internals with precision-machined billet steel, offering significantly higher yield strength to prevent the catastrophic failure and oil pressure loss associated with shattered OE gears.
