Protect your 6.1L Hemi from intake contamination with the J&L Oil Separator 3.0. During normal engine operation, crankcase pressure is vented back into the intake track. This process carries oil vapors that can accumulate in the intake tube and manifold runners, eventually diluting your fuel and lowering its effective octane level. This J&L separator captures those vapors before they reach the combustion chamber.

Milled from solid billet aluminum, this separator features a multi-stage filtration system. It utilizes a fine mesh stainless steel screen to trap fine oil vapors, which then pass through a 1/2-inch thick, 1/16-inch aluminum honeycomb filter. Once the droplets grow heavy enough, they fall into the 3 oz reservoir. The knurled tank base allows for easy removal during maintenance, while an integrated O-ring ensures a leak-free seal.
