The J&L 3.0 Oil Separator is engineered to stop oil vapors from entering your intake tract, where they can coat manifold runners and dilute fuel octane. Especially critical for forced induction engines like the supercharged 5.4L and 5.8L in the GT500, this system prevents the performance-robbing accumulation that occurs during crankcase venting under high pressure.

Milled from solid billet aluminum with a black anodized finish, the J&L 3.0 features a sophisticated multistage filtration system. Vapors first pass through a fine mesh stainless steel screen before entering a 1/2-inch thick, 1/16-inch aluminum honeycomb filter. This process causes oil droplets to coalesce and fall into the 3 oz capacity tank while allowing clean air to continue to the intake.
