J&L Oil Separator 3.0 Black Anodized Driver Side for 2007-2022 Toyota Tundra/Sequoia (5.7L)

The J&L Oil Separator 3.0 protects your engine by preventing oil vapors from entering the intake tract. During normal crankcase venting, oil mist can accumulate in the intake tube and manifold runners, potentially diluting fuel and lowering effective octane. This driver-side kit captures those vapors, ensuring only clean air passes back into the intake system.

Constructed from solid billet aluminum, this separator features a multi-stage filtration system. It utilizes a fine mesh stainless steel screen to trap initial vapors, followed by a 1/2-inch thick, 1/16-inch aluminum honeycomb filter to consolidate larger droplets before they fall into the reservoir. The tank includes a knurled base for easy removal and an O-ring seal to ensure a leak-free system.
