During normal operation, crankcase pressure is vented back through the intake, which can lead to oil accumulation in the intake tube and manifold runners. This buildup can dilute your fuel's octane and lead to carbon deposits on the valves. The J&L Oil Separator intercepts these vapors, ensuring only clean air reaches the combustion chamber.

This unit is milled from solid billet aluminum for maximum durability and features a black anodized finish. The filtration system uses a fine mesh stainless steel screen to trap initial vapors, followed by a 1/2-inch thick aluminum honeycomb filter that condenses the remaining oil. The knurled tank base allows for easy removal during maintenance, and an O-ring seal ensures a leak-free fitment. With a 3oz capacity, it is designed to be drained every 2,000 to 3,000 miles to keep your PCV system clean.
