Protect your Focus ST from performance-robbing oil vapor with the J&L Oil Separator 3.0. During normal operation, crankcase pressure is vented back into the intake tract. In turbocharged engines like the 2.0L EcoBoost, this often carries oil vapors that coat the intake manifold runners and can even dilute your fuel's octane level. This multi-stage system is designed to trap those vapors before they reach your intake.
Milled from solid billet aluminum, this separator features a black anodized finish and a knurled tank base for easy, tool-free removal during service. The internal filtration system uses a fine mesh stainless steel screen to catch initial vapors, followed by a 1/2-inch thick, 1/16-inch aluminum honeycomb filter to consolidate remaining droplets into the 3oz reservoir. The O-ring seal ensures a leak-free fit, maintaining vacuum integrity.
