The J&L 3.0 Oil Separator addresses the common issue of crankcase pressure venting oil vapors into your intake tract. Left unchecked, these vapors accumulate in the intake tube and manifold runners, and can even dilute your fuel to lower its effective octane level. This driver-side kit intercepts those vapors, protecting your engine and maintaining performance.

Milled from solid billet aluminum, this separator features a multistage filtration system. A fine mesh stainless steel screen captures oil vapors, which then pass through a 1/2-inch thick, 1/16-inch aluminum honeycomb filter. This process causes the oil to coalesce into larger droplets that collect in the 3oz tank, ensuring only clean air returns to the intake. The tank is finished in black anodizing and features a knurled base for easy removal and draining every 2,000 to 3,000 miles.
