Protect your engine's intake tract from oil vapor accumulation with the J&L Oil Separator 3.0. During normal operation, crankcase pressure is vented back into the intake, carrying oil vapors that can coat intake manifold runners and dilute fuel octane. This system intercepts those vapors, using a sophisticated multistage filtration process to ensure only clean air reaches the intake.

The unit is milled from solid billet aluminum for maximum durability and features a black anodized finish. It utilizes a fine mesh stainless steel screen to trap initial vapors, followed by a 1/2-inch thick, 1/16-inch aluminum honeycomb filter to consolidate remaining droplets. The knurled tank base allows for easy removal during maintenance, while an integrated O-ring seal ensures a leak-free system. Installation is straightforward thanks to factory-style quick-connect PCV fittings.
