During the combustion process, crankcase pressure is vented back into your intake tract. This allows oil vapors to accumulate in your intake tube and manifold runners, which can dilute your fuel's octane level and coat internal components. The J&L Oil Separator 3.0 (MPN: 3011P-C) solves this by intercepting and filtering those vapors before they reach the intake.

Milled from solid billet aluminum, this 3.0 series separator features a massive 3oz capacity and a multi-stage filtration system. Vapors first pass through a fine mesh stainless steel screen to trap initial oil droplets, then through a 1/2-inch thick, 1/16-inch aluminum honeycomb filter to condense the remaining vapor. The collected oil drops into the knurled tank base, which features an O-ring seal for a leak-free fit and easy removal for draining.
