During normal operation, crankcase pressure is vented back through the intake track, carrying oil vapors that accumulate in the intake tube and manifold runners. These vapors can dilute your fuel's octane and lead to carbon buildup. The J&L Oil Separator 3.0 is designed to intercept these vapors, ensuring only clean air reaches your engine.

Milled from solid billet aluminum with a black anodized finish, this separator features a multi-stage filtration system. Vapors first pass through a fine mesh stainless steel screen to trap initial droplets, then through a 1/2-inch thick, 1/16-inch aluminum honeycomb filter where they condense and drop into the 3oz reservoir. The knurled tank base allows for easy tool-free removal for draining, typically required every 2,000 to 3,000 miles.
