The Skunk2 Racing Thermal Throttle Body Gasket (MPN 372-05-0070) is engineered from an advanced high-temperature thermal polymer that acts as a heat shield between the intake manifold and the throttle body. By significantly reducing heat transfer, this gasket minimizes heat soak and maintains a cooler intake air charge. Cooler air is denser air, which provides the oxygen necessary for more efficient combustion and improved horsepower delivery in race, street, and weekend warrior applications.
