These rings are built to withstand the extreme cylinder pressures and heat common in turbocharged MZR DISI engines, providing a reliable seal and superior oil control.
The set features high-performance ductile iron top rings with a plasma-moly inlay for exceptional wear resistance and seating. For the second ring, Manley utilizes a reverse twist cast iron taper face or a Napier-style design to maximize oil scraping efficiency. Each kit includes high-tension 3-piece oil rings to ensure proper lubrication and drainage during high-RPM operation.
