Designed for the VW 2.0T TSI engine, this JE Pistons Forged Piston Set is engineered to handle the increased thermal and mechanical stresses of high-performance street and racing applications. Forged from high-tensile 2618 aluminum alloy, these pistons provide the structural integrity required for high-demand builds while maintaining tight tolerances.
This set utilizes the proprietary Forged Side Relief (FSR) design, which reduces skirt width to minimize friction and power loss while saving weight through a shorter wrist pin. To ensure consistent power delivery, an accumulator groove helps manage combustion gas pressure, reducing ring flutter and improving the seal of the included JE Pro Seal rings.
