Engineered for professional engine builders and high-performance tuners, this Manley Platinum Series piston set is designed for the EJ257 power plant. Each piston is manufactured from domestic 2618 alloy forgings to ensure superior strength under high boost and extreme combustion pressures. Manley utilizes a unique manufacturing process where skirt turning and ring groove machining are performed in a single operation, guaranteeing ultimate squareness between the ring groove and the skirt for a superior seal.
This set includes premium Chrome Moly wrist pins and high-quality piston rings. The cam and barrel skirt profiles are specifically optimized to maximize power output while minimizing wear on the cylinder walls.
