The Wiseco Professional Series forged piston kit (K615M87AP) is engineered for high-boost, heavy-duty race builds where component reliability is critical. Forged and machined in the USA from 2618 aluminum alloy, these 87mm pistons provide the superior tensile strength and thermal stability required to withstand extreme cylinder pressures in turbocharged 3SGTE applications.
Each piston features Wiseco’s ArmorGlide skirt coating, a permanent lubricant that reduces friction, prevents seizure under high heat, and ensures quieter operation. The design incorporates forced pin oiling and an anti-detonation groove to maintain ring seal integrity and extend the service life of the wrist pins during competitive use.
