Wiseco Professional Series forged racing pistons are engineered for the extreme demands of turbocharged BMW M50B25 builds. Forged from high-tensile 2618 aluminum alloy in the USA, these pistons feature an 84.50mm bore (+0.50mm oversized) and an 8.8:1 compression ratio optimized for forced induction. Every piston is treated with Wiseco's proprietary ArmorGlide skirt coating to reduce friction, eliminate seizure risk, and ensure quieter operation during cold starts and high-RPM runs.
- Precision Forged: Machined from 2618 aluminum for superior strength in high-heat, high-pressure environments.
- Advanced Lubrication: Forced pin oiling ensures constant lubrication to the wrist pin for extended component life.
- Optimized Sealing: Features precision-machined ring grooves and an anti-detonation groove to improve ring seal and protect the top land.
