This Manley Platinum Series single replacement piston is engineered for the 2004-2021 Subaru WRX STI equipped with the EJ257 engine. Designed for professional engine builders and high-performance applications, this piston features a 99.50mm Grade B bore and is intended for use with a standard 79mm stroke crankshaft.
Forged from high-strength domestic 2618 aluminum alloy, each piston utilizes Manley’s unique fixturing process. This allows for skirt turning and ring groove machining in a single operation, ensuring maximum squareness between the ring land and the skirt. The precision-machined cam and barrel skirt profiles are designed to generate substantial power while minimizing wear on the cylinder walls.
