The ACT MZ031 Heavy Duty pressure plate is designed to provide a significant increase in clamp load, ranging from 20% to 50% over the original equipment. This increased capacity helps reduce diaphragm deflection and maximizes the service life of your clutch components. It is recommended for use with either street or race discs depending on your performance requirements.
Every ACT pressure plate features precision cover stampings for improved rigidity and consistent pedal feel. To ensure long-term durability and performance, the diaphragms undergo a proprietary four-stage heat-treating process. This specific pressure plate is engineered for a precise fit and must be used in conjunction with an ACT flywheel.
