The Haltech TCA8 (HT-059918) is a high-precision 8-channel thermocouple amplifier designed to expand the data acquisition capabilities of your Haltech ECU. By utilizing the CAN bus network, the TCA8 allows for the simultaneous monitoring of up to eight Type-K thermocouple inputs without consuming valuable analog ECU pins.
This unit is specifically engineered for critical engine monitoring, such as individual cylinder Exhaust Gas Temperature (EGT) tracking, intake air temperature analysis, or fluid temperature sensing across multiple points. Precise temperature data is essential for tuning high-performance engines and protecting against lean conditions or cooling failures.
Please note: This is the Box Only configuration, intended as a replacement unit or for custom installations where Type-K sensors and wiring harnesses are already present.
