The Bully Dog GT Bypass Cable is an essential requirement for performance tuning on 2018 and newer Dodge RAM trucks equipped with the 6.7L Cummins diesel engine. Starting in the 2018 model year, a factory Security Gateway Module (SGM) was introduced to block the OBDII port from communicating with aftermarket devices. This bypass cable allows your Bully Dog GT tuner to circumvent the SGM, establishing a direct connection to the vehicle's CAN bus for ECM communication, data logging, and tuning.
- Required for all 2018-Up RAM 2500/3500 trucks with 6.7L Cummins engines
- Bypasses the factory Security Gateway Module (SGM/SGW)
