The ACT 884007P Monoloc Collar is a precision-engineered, one-piece upgrade designed to replace the standard two-piece wedge collar and wire ring found in pull-type clutches. By moving to a single-piece design, the Monoloc eliminates the risk of component separation during high-load or high-RPM operation, ensuring a more reliable and consistent connection between the pressure plate and release bearing.
- Fabricated from hardened chrome-moly steel for long-term service life.
- Segmented retaining ring tension is carefully calculated and tested to ensure uniform loading on the bearing.
- Maintains proper alignment regardless of driver influence or extensive vehicle modifications.
- Replaces the standard, failure-prone two-piece wedge collar assembly.
