These isolators are engineered to snap directly onto the outer perimeter of standard 7/8-inch shackles, preventing metal-to-metal contact between the shackle and the bumper mounting tabs.
Each kit features a three-piece design molded from durable, energy-absorbing polyurethane. The primary isolators shield the shackle body, while the included urethane washers mount between the shackle pin and the mounting tab to provide comprehensive isolation. This setup effectively silences the clanging typical of off-road rigs while shielding powder-coated or painted surfaces from impact damage and scratches.
