The KYB SM5534 Rear Strut Mount is an OE-quality replacement designed to eliminate the vibration and cabin noise caused by old, hardened vibration insulators. These mounts serve as the critical connection point between the vehicle's suspension and chassis, cushioning impacts from road bumps to reduce jarring and harshness. Over time, original insulators lose their elasticity; replacing them with KYB mounts restores the original ride quality and ensures the suspension system operates within factory tolerances.
