The Carli Pintop 2.5 shock system is engineered to provide a dramatic increase in suspension travel and ride quality for heavy-duty platforms. These shocks utilize a 2.5-inch diameter body, providing 55% more piston surface area than standard 2.0-inch shocks. This increased volume, combined with Carli’s proprietary blueprinted valving and a 5-port piston design, allows for superior oil flow management and heat dissipation during aggressive off-road use or demanding towing conditions.

Constructed for longevity in harsh environments, these shocks feature shafts machined from solid 17-4 stainless steel, polished to a mirror finish to protect seals and ensure smooth operation. The front King 2.5 shocks use remote reservoirs for maximum cooling, while the rear shocks utilize a piggyback reservoir configuration specifically designed for the Ram 2500 chassis.
