The ICON V.S. 2.0 HD Series remote reservoir shock is engineered specifically for heavy-duty GM trucks that require consistent damping under load. Designed to bridge the gap between street comfort and off-road performance, the 2.0 HD series features a thicker-walled 6061 aluminum cylinder and taller DU bearings than standard ICON 2.0 Aluminum Series shocks. This reinforced architecture provides superior resistance to side-load forces and increased pull-apart strength during aggressive cycling.

The remote reservoir configuration significantly increases oil volume and heat dissipation surface area, effectively preventing damper fade and cavitation during prolonged use in rough terrain. With a vehicle-specific linear/digressive piston design, these shocks provide precise handling on the pavement while smoothing out washboard roads and trail obstacles. This passenger-side front shock includes a forged aluminum lower clevis and a bonded rubber upper bushing to maintain factory-style fitment while isolating road vibration.
