Achieve significant ground clearance and a commanding stance without sacrificing ride quality. This Skyjacker Softride (SR) suspension lift kit provides 8 inches of lift, engineered specifically for the weight and geometry of 1973-1987 GM 1/2-ton square-body trucks and SUVs. Unlike kits that rely on stiff blocks, this system includes full rear leaf springs designed to maintain a smooth, comfortable ride while responding dynamically to both on-road and off-road conditions.
The Softride series focuses on spring rate and flexibility to improve handling and articulation. Each kit is supplied with the necessary mounting hardware and detailed instructions to ensure a professional installation that retains proper suspension geometry. Please note that additional components such as shocks or steering correction may be required for a complete setup.
