While the factory inlet elbow is cramped and angular, the High-Ram uses a streamlined cast-metal design to significantly improve airflow from the intercooler to the cylinders. This efficiency gain results in up to a 64% reduction in pressure loss, providing greater air density for improved throttle response and fuel economy.

This system includes a 3.5-inch constant-diameter, mandrel-bent boost tube. By maintaining a uniform diameter, it ensures air flows from the intercooler without the turbulence or restriction found in stock components.
