Vibrant Performance 2838 transition couplers are engineered for custom plumbing and high-pressure applications where a step-down or step-up in hose diameter is required. These hand-wrapped silicone connectors are built with four layers of high-temperature resistant Aramid reinforcement fabric, allowing them to withstand extreme pressure conditions without swelling or bursting.
- Dimensions: 1.75in I.D. to 2.5in I.D. with a 3in total length
- Construction: 4-ply Aramid reinforced silicone for superior structural integrity
- Temperature Range: Operating capability from -75°F to 392°F (-60°C to 200°C)
- Compatibility: Rated for air, water, and coolant service (not suitable for fuel or oil)
- Standards: Designed to meet or exceed SAE J20 specifications
- Durability: Highly resistant to UV and ozone degradation
