The Vibrant Performance 2778 Aramid Reinforced Silicone Transition Coupler is engineered for high-performance plumbing in intake, cooling, and forced induction systems. By sandwiching high-temperature resistant Aramid reinforcement fabric between layers of premium silicone, this reducer is designed to withstand heavy-duty pressure conditions without swelling or bursting.
This hand-wrapped, 4-ply transition hose provides a secure connection between 2-inch and 2.75-inch piping. It features an exceptional operating temperature range of -75°F to 392°F (-60°C to 200°C), making it suitable for water, coolant, and charge air service. It is UV and ozone resistant and meets or exceeds SAE J20 specifications for long-term durability in engine bay environments.
