Vibrant Performance 2835 4-ply Aramid reinforced silicone transition couplers are engineered for high-performance plumbing where reliability under extreme pressure and thermal stress is critical. These hand-wrapped reducers are ideal for transitioning between different tube diameters in custom turbocharger induction, intercooler, and radiator systems.
By utilizing high-temperature resistant Aramid reinforcement fabric between each layer of silicone, this coupler maintains structural integrity without swelling or bursting, even in heavy-duty boost conditions. The material is formulated to be UV and ozone resistant, ensuring a long service life in harsh engine bay environments. It meets or exceeds SAE J20 standards for automotive cooling systems.
