Vibrant Performance Aramid Reinforced Charge Air Cooler (CAC) transition hose couplers are engineered for high-pressure forced induction applications. This 4-ply silicone coupler effectively isolates engine vibration while compensating for minor piping misalignment between the intercooler and intake system.
Built to withstand extreme thermal loads, this hose features high-temperature resistant aramid reinforcement fabric between each silicone layer. Integrated stainless steel rings provide structural reinforcement, preventing hose expansion under elevated boost pressures. This transition hose is suitable for both hot and cold side charge air systems, as well as water and coolant service.
- 4-ply silicone construction with aramid reinforcement fabric
- Internal stainless steel rings prevent expansion under high pressure
- Operating temperature range: -75°F to 392°F (-60°C to 200°C)
- Dimensions: 4.00" ID to 3.50" ID transition
