Engineered for high-temperature and high-pressure automotive plumbing, this Vibrant Performance Aramid Reinforced Silicone Straight Hose Coupler is designed to bridge connections between turbo compressor housings, intercooler end tanks, and custom charge pipe assemblies. The 12-inch length provides ample material for custom fabrication or replacing long sections of worn factory coolant or intake hose.
Unlike standard silicone hoses, this coupler features a 4-ply Aramid reinforcement fabric layered between the silicone. This construction allows for a massive operating temperature range and superior resistance to expansion under boost pressure. It is specifically designed for air, water, and coolant service; please note it is not suitable for fuel or oil transfer.
