NGK variable pitch magnetic core spark plug wire sets (8100) are engineered to deliver maximum electrical conductivity while providing superior EMI/RFI noise suppression. These cables utilize a specialized variable pitch winding to create the impedance necessary to suppress interference across the entire frequency spectrum, protecting sensitive vehicle electronics without sacrificing ignition performance.
- Superior Insulation: Dual-layer construction featuring a high-dielectric inner insulation and a rugged EPDM/silicone outer jacket to withstand extreme engine bay heat and prevent voltage arcing.
- Watertight Seal: Spark plug boots are bonded to the wire with a high-grade silicone sealer, ensuring a moisture-proof seal and preventing terminal corrosion.
- High-Retention Terminals: Corrosion-resistant stainless steel terminals utilize up to three serrated crimps to bite into the cable jacket for maximum retention strength.
- Positive Connection: Locking C-shaped spring clips provide a secure and positive terminal connection to the spark plug and distributor.
