NGK Standard spark plugs are engineered as reliable OE-replacement components, delivering consistent ignition performance for specialty automotive and powersports applications. Each plug features a 98% pure copper core for superior heat dissipation and conductivity, allowing for an ultra-wide heat range that prevents both fouling and pre-ignition. The high-grade alumina silicate ceramic insulator provides high dielectric strength, while the corrugated ribs are designed to prevent flashover.
To ensure long-term durability and ease of maintenance, these plugs are treated with a Trivalent metal plating that offers exceptional anti-corrosion and anti-seizing properties, eliminating the need for anti-seize during installation. The internal construction uses a triple gasket sealing process to eliminate the possibility of combustion gas leakage through the housing.
