This Stainless Bros 90-degree mandrel bend is a precision fabrication component engineered for custom exhaust, intake, and cooling system assemblies. Mandrel bending ensures the tube maintains its internal diameter through the entire radius, eliminating the flow restrictions common in crush-bent piping.
Featuring a tight 1.5D radius ratio and a 2.65-inch center line radius (CLR), this bend is ideal for space-constrained engine bays or chassis routing. The inclusion of 2-inch straight legs (tangents) provides sufficient material for secure clamping or clean TIG welding into your custom project.
