The Stainless Bros 1.75-inch 90-degree mandrel bend is a precision-engineered fabrication component designed for custom exhaust systems, headers, and intake piping. Unlike traditional crush bends that restrict flow, these mandrel-bent tubes maintain a consistent internal diameter throughout the entire radius to maximize exhaust velocity and engine efficiency.
Constructed for durability and ease of welding, this 90-degree elbow features a 1.5D Center Line Radius (CLR), providing a tight yet flow-efficient turn for confined engine bays or chassis routing. Each leg extends 6.5 inches from the bend tangent, offering plenty of material for trimming and custom fitment during the fabrication process.
