Unlike standard crush bends, this mandrel-bent tubing maintains a constant diameter through the 60-degree sweep to maximize flow and structural integrity.
Constructed from 16-gauge (0.065in) wall thickness T304 stainless steel, this bend offers superior corrosion resistance and is processed to require minimal surface preparation for high-quality welding. The 6-inch leg lengths provide ample material for trimming and fitment in tight engine bays or chassis locations.
