This Vibrant Performance 15-degree mandrel bend is engineered for high-performance exhaust, intake, and intercooler fabrication. Constructed from 16-gauge T304 stainless steel, it provides superior corrosion resistance and durability in high-heat environments. The mandrel-bending process ensures a constant tubing diameter throughout the bend, maintaining maximum flow and reducing turbulence for better performance.
Built to meet the demands of professional fabricators, this part features consistent wall thickness and dimensional accuracy. Each 2-inch O.D. bend is supplied with 4-inch leg lengths on both sides, offering plenty of material for precise trimming and welding. The surface is clean and requires minimal preparation for a high-quality TIG or MIG weld.
