Engineered for high-performance exhaust and intake fabrication, the Vibrant Performance 2.00-inch OD 180-degree tight radius mandrel U-bend provides the material consistency and dimensional accuracy professional fabricators require. This tight-radius bend is ideal for space-constrained routing in custom turbo manifolds, downpipes, and induction systems.
Each bend is constructed from premium T304 stainless steel with a 16-gauge (0.065") wall thickness. The mandrel bending process ensures a constant diameter throughout the entire 180-degree arc, preventing the flow restrictions or thinning common in crush-bent tubing. The surface finish requires minimal preparation for TIG or MIG welding, ensuring a clean and durable bond.
